Each Miller Custom Rod comes in a protective flannel bag at no additional cost. If you are interested in additional protection we can discuss additional options such as aluminum or PVC tubing. I include with each rod a brief instruction sheet with suggestions for the proper care and maintenance of your custom rod.

If you are for any reason unhappy with your Miller Custom Rod, return it, unfished and in new condition within one week of receipt and I will alter it to your satisfaction. In addition to the blank manufacturer's warranty Miller Custom Rods offers a warranty on the guides, wraps, grip and reel seat for one year from the purchase date. If a warranted blank breaks (which is very unusual) I will split the cost of rebuilding the rod with you. I can also repair some post-warranty accidents for a reasonable fee. (While broken graphite blanks are repairable, the repair tends to destroy the rod's action). I am not interested in making money from your misfortune, but I expect that you will treat your custom rod with respect and accept responsibility for damage not the fault of Miller Custom Rods or its suppliers.
